Market Data Agreement
Real-time CME futures data is provided to Orbit members under a licensed, per-subscriber arrangement. By enabling real-time data you agree to the terms below.
1. Non-Professional Subscriber Status
You certify that you are a Non-Professional Subscriber as defined by the relevant exchanges (including CME Group). In general, you qualify as non-professional only if you use market data solely for your own personal, non-business use; you are not registered or qualified with any securities/futures regulator or exchange; you are not acting on behalf of an institution or using the data for the management of others' assets; and you do not receive the data in connection with any trade or business. If your status changes, you must update it immediately, as professional use is billed at substantially higher exchange rates.
2. Personal Use; No Redistribution
Real-time data is licensed for your individual use only. You may not copy, store, redistribute, retransmit, resell, or otherwise make the data available to any other person or system, whether or not for a fee.
3. Compliance with Laws & Exchange Rules
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and with the rules and policies of CME Group and any other applicable exchange or data provider, including their market-data agreements and non-professional certification requirements. You will not use the data for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates those rules.
4. No Investment Advice; "As Is"
Market data, indicators, and any analysis in the Trader Hub are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Data is provided "as is" and may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
5. Reporting & Audit
CorFutures reports active real-time subscriber counts to the applicable exchanges as required and maintains records of subscriber certifications. Your certification and usage may be subject to audit. Providing false certification may result in liability for back-billed professional fees.
6. Suspension
CorFutures may suspend or revoke real-time data access at any time for suspected misuse, misrepresentation of status, or to comply with an exchange or data-provider requirement.
