1. All Sales Are Final
CorFutures LLC ("CorFutures," "we," "us," or "our") operates a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. All payments made for any CorFutures product or subscription — including Orbit memberships and The Edge Program — are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund of any amount already paid, and you accept the terms of this Refund Policy in full.
2. Orbit Membership — Monthly Subscription
Orbit is billed on a monthly recurring basis. All membership payments are final and non-refundable, including for any billing period in which the Services were used only partially or not at all. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any month.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Orbit subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access to Orbit for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid.
3. The Edge Program — One-Time Purchase
The Edge Program is a one-time purchase that delivers digital educational content. It is non-refundable in full. Because the value of the program is delivered through intellectual content that cannot be "returned," no refund will be issued once a purchase is completed, regardless of whether or how much of the content has been accessed.
By purchasing The Edge Program, you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital content and you waive any right to a refund.
4. Free Tier (Trader Hub Basic Access)
The free tier of the Trader Hub is provided at no cost. No payments are collected, and therefore no refunds are applicable.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting CorFutures to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately and permanently suspend or terminate your account and access to all Services;
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery and your acceptance of these terms;
- Pursue recovery of disputed amounts plus any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback.
We encourage all users to contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving legitimate account or billing concerns promptly and fairly.
6. No Guarantee of Trading Results
Refunds are never granted on the basis of trading performance or lack thereof. The purchase of any CorFutures product or subscription does not guarantee profitable trading results. CorFutures provides educational content and tools only; we have no control over individual trading outcomes and accept no liability for trading losses. This is clearly disclosed in our Risk Disclosure Statement.
7. How to Cancel
To stop future billing, cancel before your next renewal date through your account settings, or email us at support@corfutures.com with your registered email address and order confirmation number. Cancellation prevents future charges only and does not refund past payments.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer-protection law requires a refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived, we will comply with that law. Outside of such legally required circumstances, all sales remain final.
9. Modifications to This Policy
CorFutures reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. For purchases made prior to any policy change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
