Terms of Service

By accessing or using any product, service, website, or platform operated by CorFutures LLC ("CorFutures," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the Trader Hub, Orbit membership, and The Edge Program (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CorFutures LLC, a limited liability company. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

CorFutures provides an educational platform focused on futures trading education, community resources, analytical tools, and trading system development. Our Services include:

• Trader Hub: A web-based application offering trading tools, performance calculators, risk management utilities, and educational content.
• Orbit Membership: A subscription-based community providing live trading rooms, lesson modules, market analysis, and direct interaction with professional traders.
• The Edge Program: A one-time purchase advanced trading curriculum focused on systems, execution, and psychological frameworks.

ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, LESSONS, COMMENTARY, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY CORFUTURES ARE STRICTLY EDUCATIONAL IN NATURE. NOTHING CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY OR SELL ANY SECURITY, FUTURES CONTRACT, OR OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.

CorFutures is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or financial planner. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or the National Futures Association (NFA).

Any information, tools, analysis, trade ideas, market commentary, or educational content shared through our Services — including but not limited to live trading rooms, lesson modules, chat rooms, videos, written materials, and software tools — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not take into account your individual investment objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, or specific needs.

You should not construe any information provided by CorFutures as financial advice. Before making any trading or investment decisions, you should consult a licensed financial advisor, registered investment advisor, or other qualified professional who is aware of your individual circumstances.

Trading futures contracts involves a SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS and is NOT appropriate for all investors. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Futures trading involves the use of leverage, which can amplify both gains and losses;
• You could lose your entire investment and may be liable for losses that exceed your initial deposit;
• Past performance of any trading system, strategy, or methodology discussed on our platform is not indicative of future results;
• Any simulated or hypothetical performance results shown have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading;
• You should only trade with capital that you can afford to lose entirely.

CorFutures does not guarantee any specific trading results. Individual outcomes will vary significantly based on market conditions, individual skill, discipline, and many other factors outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The Services are not available to persons in jurisdictions where such use would be prohibited by law.

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CorFutures is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

Orbit membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis. The Edge Program is a one-time purchase. All prices are in USD. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All sales are final and no refunds are issued; see our Refund Policy for details.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any CorFutures content, tools, or materials to third parties;
• Screenshot, record, or reproduce live trading room sessions, lesson content, or proprietary strategies for distribution;
• Use our platform to harass, defame, or harm other users or CorFutures staff;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any CorFutures software or tools;
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access any part of the Services;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate CorFutures or its team members;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content, materials, tools, software, curricula, lesson plans, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided by CorFutures are the exclusive intellectual property of CorFutures LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Your membership or purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any CorFutures content without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CORFUTURES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORFUTURES LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY TRADING LOSSES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICES;
• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES;
• ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CORFUTURES'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CORFUTURES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CorFutures LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any trading activity you undertake based on content accessed through our platform; or (e) any claim that your content or actions caused damage to a third party.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, brokers, platforms, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. CorFutures does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CorFutures LLC regarding use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and representations.
